Medusa
Introduction to Medusa
Have you ever heard of Medusa? Medusa was a gorgon, a snake-haired monster. If anybody looked into her eyes, they would be directly transformed into concrete. She lived in Athens before she was granted her "powers." Medusa's head was chopped off by Perseus and she perished. Her parents were Phorcys and Ceto, who were both related to the sea in some way. Medusa's sisters are Euryale, Sthenno, and the Graeae. She found love with Poseidon and produced the Pegasus.
